Where are my toy orders?

As an AGM MASTECH member, you can easily check the status of your order by logging into your profile and going to your order history.

Once your order is shipped, we receive your order information to process your order and ship it within 48 hours or less. You will then be able to see which carrier is shipping your package and track the entire delivery process.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Depends on the delivery method you choose:
Expedited: Takes 4-6 Working Days Delivered to
General Shipping: Takes 5-7 Working Days to arrive
Free: Takes 5-7 Working Days to arrive

Additional Information

    If you order more than one item, you may receive more than one delivery.
    With each shipment, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a link to track the shipment.
    We will also send you an email if there are any delays en route.
