Return or exchange

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following return and exchange policies and terms. All products sold on this website are genuine. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

General Return Policy

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to refuse the order, you must adhere to this return policy, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• Customers must notify us of any discrepancies, damages, or other missing issues within 3 days of receiving the goods.
• We will pay all shipping costs and assume the risk of loss for returns. We cover any return shipping costs.
• You agree that all returned items must be 100% complete, in new condition, and include original packaging materials, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories provided by the manufacturer.
• Please allow 7-14 business days for processing your return.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if this return policy is violated.

Return and Refund Policy

• You must apply for a return within 30 days from the invoice date; refunds will not be accepted after 30 days.
• All returned items must be 100% complete, new, and resalable, including original packaging materials, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories provided by the manufacturer.
• If the reason for the return is due to customer error, a 30% fee will be charged to compensate for damage caused by product wear.
• We cannot accept returns for certain items, including:
  • Any items returned after 30 days.
  • Any items that are damaged or missing parts cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

• You must apply for an exchange within 30 days from the invoice date. Returned items must be in good, new condition and include original packaging materials, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories provided by the manufacturer.
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
• If the issue is due to product quality, we will cover the shipping costs.
• We will refuse returns of items that are damaged or incomplete.
