Return or exchange

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following return and exchange policy and conditions. All items sold on this website are genuine. However, if for some reason you are not very happy with the quality, we will try to make it right.

General Return Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the order has shipped. If you want to refuse an order, you must comply with this return policy, in which round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customers must notify us of any discrepancies, damages or other issues within 3 days of receipt.
  • You agree to pay all shipping costs and assume the risk of loss upon return. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • You agree that all returned merchandise will be 100% complete as new, resalable, and include the original packing materials, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and manufacturer supplied accessories etc.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.
  • If this return policy is violated, we reserve the right to refuse service.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • You must request a return within 14 days from the date of the invoice, no refunds will be accepted after 14 days.
  • All returned merchandise must be 100% complete as new, resalable, and include original packing materials, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and manufacturer supplied accessories etc.
  • If the reason for return is due to customer error, we will charge a 30% fee to cover the damage caused by wear and tear of the product.
  • We are unable to accept returns for refunds on certain items, including:
    • Any item returned after 14 days
    • Any item that is damaged or missing parts cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

  • You must request an exchange within 14 days from the date of invoice. Returned merchandise must be in good, new condition with complete and complete packaging, including original packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards and manufacturer supplied accessories.
  • You are responsible for our shipping costs to send it back.
  • If it is a product quality issue, we are responsible for the shipping cost.
  • We will refuse returns that are damaged or incomplete.
