Safety requirements
We assure you, our customers, that we take a very positive approach to all the legal requirements enacted on toy products throughout the world. At the same time we pay great attention to safety and quality issues.

All AGM MASTECH products have always met or exceeded current testing standards and our full range of products has passed all new requirements.

We have produced different types of toys and accessories in two different factories, and in addition to the requirements set forth by national and state laws, we regularly visit each factory on a monthly basis in order to work together to maintain the quality, safety and testing of our products.

We promise to do everything we can to continue to provide you with the safest, highest quality, and most playable toys of their kind in the world.

Modifications to AGM MASTECH toys
Any kind of modification or tampering with our products by third parties is expressly prohibited. Modifications and aftermarket equipment upgrades sold to third parties constitute an infringement of trademark rights. In addition, such modifications and tampering have not been tested and approved by the toy law specifications currently in force. We reserve the right to use any legal means we deem necessary to combat such infringements. We will specifically enforce all claims relating to trademark infringement, failure to notify and the right to indemnification.
