Additional Information

We use multiple carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items, you may receive them in separate shipments. We will send a shipping confirmation email for each shipment so you can accurately track your items and their expected delivery times. Some products and orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska do not offer expedited shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you receive the wrong item.

What is non-expedited shipping?

“Non-expedited shipping” means no rush. We choose to maximize ground shipping to allow everyone to benefit. Why? Because, on average, ground shipping has a lower carbon emission intensity than air shipping. Additionally, the “non-expedited” service gives our team more time to prepare and ship. We will still provide an estimated delivery date during checkout so you can know when to expect your order. In rare cases, operational delays may cause your package to shift to air shipping, but we will do our best to deliver your order via ground.
